Members Only

The MSDA website has a new section for “Members Only“, accessible from the main menu of the website. There’s nothing super-secret here: a copy of the bylaws, meeting minutes for the last year or so, contact info for board members and some other hopefully useful info. If you are a current MSDA member and are curious, dash off a quick email to Secretary@mdsportingdog.org to ask for your password. Going forward, we’ll also be including password info in all members-only emails such as dues reminders in January and meeting notices for spring.

November newsletter

MSDA’s November newsletter is available! As the holiday season approaches, MSDA’s scheduled activities are slowing down, but other dog clubs are holding hunt tests, seminars and all-breed shows, so check our calendar for upcoming events. And, one of the things you can always do is spend even more money on dog stuff! MSDA now is offering logo merchandise, which we haven’t made available for many years. Spring Event 2024 to include three days of dog shows

MSDA’s “Spring Event” will be expanding to include THREE days of Sporting Group Dog Shows, on Friday March 1, Saturday March 2 and Sunday March 3 in addition to all-breed obedience & rally trials on Friday-Sunday, bird instinct clinics on Saturday & Sunday, and more activities (to be announced). All events are currently pending AKC approval. Spring Event will be held at the Howard County Fairgrounds in West Friendship, MD.
