The next Training Day for Flushing Dogs of 2023 is planned for Saturday, September 9 beginning at 8:30 am. It will be held at Mount Ararat Farm in Port Deposit, Maryland. In preparation for MSDA’s Spaniel Hunt Tests on Saturday, September 16 and Sunday, September 17 at Rebel Ridge Farms, we will work on all aspects of a spaniel hunt test. Registration opens for MSDA members on Monday, August 28 at 8 am ET. Registration opens to all on Thursday, August 31 at 8 am. Registration closes on Saturday, September 2 at 5 pm. If the Training Day fills up, registration may close earlier.

Registration for the July 8th Training Day for Flushing Dogs is closed. Registration for MSDA members opened on Monday June 26 and filled within 30 minutes. There is also a waitlist of several dogs.

This training session is going to focus on land work quartering/finding/flushing/retrieving and hunt dead. Registration opens for MSDA members on Thursday, May 25 at 8 am ET. Registration opens to all on Tuesday, May 30 at 8 am. Registration closes at 5 pm on Friday, June 2. If the Training Day fills up, registration may close earlier.
